The Pawpaw Festival is a wonderful opportunity to get your handmade products in front of a diverse crowd. In 2024, we had visitors from as far away as California as well as our wonderful locals.
Become a Vendor – Pawpaw Festival 2026

Celebrate West Virginia’s pawpaw fruit, local food, and small-town community! Spaces are limited, so apply early to secure your spot.
Merchandise & Nonprofit Vendors
- Spaces: 10–25 total, limited to 2 per product type
- Space Size: 10′ x 10′ or 10′ x 20′
- Fees: $40 per 10′ x 10′ space (Early-bird: $35 if paid by March 1)
- Nonprofits/Educational orgs: one free 10′ x 10′ space; additional spaces at $40 each
- All merchandise must be handmade/artisan; no MLM, resale, yard-sale items
- Priority given to pawpaw-themed products
- Vendors must have a current WV Business License
- Setup: 8:00 AM; Festival: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM; teardown afterward
- Bring all booth materials; maintain clear aisles; leave area clean
Food Vendors
- Spaces: Flexible, based on trailer/booth size
- Fee: $35 per space (non-refundable)
- Follow all WV food safety and business regulations; inspectors may visit on-site
- Setup: 8:00 AM; Festival: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM; teardown afterward
- Bring all booth materials; keep aisles clear; leave area clean
- No electricity or running water; quiet generators permitted
- Tents must be properly weighted
