Paw Paw has spent decades being misunderstood. People hear the name and think they already know the story — small town, bad rap, nothing going on. But that’s not our truth. Not anymore.

The Pawpaw Festival WV exists because we believe in good things — and we believe Paw Paw deserves them.

This festival isn’t just “talking about pawpaws.” It’s months of planning, organizing, coordinating, fundraising, designing, scheduling, and building something meaningful for our community.
